Terms of Service

1. What SuperPitch is
SuperPitch is a website audit and prospecting tool operated by Fer Patel. You submit the address of a business website, SuperPitch reviews publicly available pages of that site, and you get back a report describing gaps in how the business captures and responds to leads, together with suggested services and outreach copy.
2. Accounts
You sign in with an email link. No password is stored. You are responsible for the email account you register with and for everything done under your SuperPitch account. One account per person, and you must provide an email address you control.
3. Acceptable use
Use SuperPitch to prepare genuine proposals for businesses you intend to offer services to. Do not use it to harass site owners, to scrape or republish content, to probe sites for vulnerabilities, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or place unreasonable load on it.
4. Audits and scanning
Each audit fetches a small number of publicly available pages from the website you submit, once, the way a normal visitor's browser would. The fetcher identifies itself honestly as SuperPitchBot in every request. Details, including how site owners can block it or ask us to stop, are on the bot page.
5. Reports and your brand
Reports are presented under your agency's name and branding. You are responsible for the claims you make to prospects based on a report and for how you use the suggested pitch lines. A report flags likely gaps in automated checks; it does not certify compliance with any law or standard, and it is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. Accuracy
Audits are automated. Websites change, block requests, or behave differently for different visitors, so a finding can be wrong or out of date. Verify anything important before you promise it to a client. SuperPitch is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fer Patel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SuperPitch, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
9. Termination
You can stop using SuperPitch at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
